Online Registration
This program will be instructed by Stacy Valdes-Davis a resident of Cedar Grove and a certified Yoga instructor for over 10 years. Yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. This program is run all year, check the forms in the Document section for the designated season.

This program will be instructed by Stacy Valdes-Davis, a resident of Cedar Grove and a certified Yoga / Fitness instructor. Every week, participants will learn simple strength training exercises that will use body weight, light hand-held weights, and resistance bands to build strength, tone muscles, and help you feel healthier! The focus will be on arms, core, and legs with light cardio at the start and finish of each session. The challenge will be to take what you do on Mondays and do it 2 to 3 more times that week, on your own so you can confidently progress as the session continues.

What is Pickleball? The fastest-growing sport in the country! Pickleball is also the fastest-growing high school physical education sport, but is fit for all ages! Easy to learn, and fun to play, while maintaining good health and fitness! Pickleball is a paddle / sport that combines the features of Tennis, Ping Pong, and Badminton, with a few unique twists of its own. It is played indoors or outdoors on a court about half the size of a tennis court. Paddles and balls will be provided. This is for all levels of play, some courts will be designated for beginners and some will play round-robin style. This program is run in Fall and Spring only, check the forms in the Documents section for the designated season. Online Registration will take place the evening before each class.

For Cedar Grove Men ages 18 and older. Must bring proof of residency and sign in each session. Face coverings are required when not playing. Must bring your own basketball.
